Another Northern Irish Traceur; welcome. I like your movement, technique looks very relaxed. So good job. Try not to focus too much on vaults, there are only one small fraction of parkour. But all in all, keep it up. I subscribed there, hope you return the favour.

very nice little movie 5* you have pretty fluent moves you should make a vid of parkour flow .. ( oh and stop arguing about the names just do the moves ^^ )

Well freeRunning is more of all the fklips and jumps where as parkour is getting from point A to point B in the quickest way possible which is obviously in a straight line but u must manouver any object in ur way i believe :D

for a kong you have to dive in. Take a little hop before you hit the object then another hop but with a dive to complete a kong use your arms to help you complete it. nice vid the lazy vault could have been more fluent but still nice Plz check my parkour/free running vids out also perferably the neweest one

Nicely done man! I am a bit new to freerunning/Parkour and I have most of the vaults down. Do you have any tips for a kong though? I seem to only be able to do it across my bed in my room and not anywhere else :s

Please, I don't know anything about Parkour and Free running or their differences. I only commented that this excelent video would improve even more if it had backflips and climbing walls scenes. In Brazil we call these movements as parkour.

ah, but back flips are free running ;D or just plain gymnastics XD some persissions might help though >.>
