No, 20th Century-Fox will no have the rights to the "Terrytoons". It was distributed between 1937 until the late 60's. CBS owned the library from 1955 until 1971 where it became Viacom until 2005 where it got split and reowned by CBS and it's now part of Paramount.

CBS owned "Terrytoons" from 1955 [when they bought the studio from Paul Terry] until they shut it down in 1971, and Viacom took over the rights to the library (and all of CBS' film properties). "Cat Alarm" was the very last Mighty Mouse cartoon ever made from 1961 and it was featured Tom Morrison as the voice of Mighty Mouse. He also did the voice in "Mighty Mouse Playhouse" in the opening and closing of every show as well as bumpers. This was at the time when "Mighty Mouse Playhouse" was in its 7th year on CBS producing a number of shorts from the Terrytoons library, but they also showed that same cartoon on that show. Ideal made this crap because Candyland and Chutes n Ladders were such big sellers. You can tell these stinkers never caught on like Sorry did, but Ideal laughed all the way to the bank anyway. It WAS filmed in Cinamascope, 'Home', and released in early 1958. Bill Weiss, Terrytoons' business manager and "executive producer", explained later that the Cinemascope cartoons the studio produced in the mid and late '50s were designed to be "squeezed" for TV use [as in this version]. There was a slightly adapted comic book version of this story "{The Easy Life"} published around the same period....

This WAS the last Dinky Duck cartoon, produced in 1957 {and, yes, originally seen in Cinemascope}. It was directed by Win Hoskins, who was a key animator at Terrytoons. Gene Deitch was the "producer" (and running the studio at the time), and he had nothing but contempt for Dinky and the older Terry characters...this may have been his personal opinion about the duck's fate. Allen Swift provided the most of the voices here.

As you probably know that cartoon was released in Cinemascope, because the screen was stretch thin. They don't do that on TV these days except this TV title card came from the Heckle & Jeckle, Gandy Goose, Dinky and other cartoons with the famous shapes and stars border. Mighty Mouse cartoons in the TV print does have the space background except the Mighty Mouse pose. Did both cartoons uses the Terrytoons TV backgrounds in the later cartoons?
