the fragile was amazing! and mirthras what are you talking about, they are the most accomplished and in my opinion the best industrial band of all time! maybe their last few albums and even the fragile werent industrial. Broken and The Downward Spiral are the two best industrial albums of all time!

to me this song speaks of the inner battle of my soul and the serpent that seeks to devour it.that serpent which was born along side my soul and dwells in this body in which i live.

Yes, casually hitting a reply button after logging into youtube like I do on a daily basis really shows me. You tell me after you're done chewing on it.

I just read your comment again and realised I probably misunderstood what you were saying or what you may have heard from NIN. THIS is Rock. NIN covers a lot more styles than this however.
By: ataraxy2. on 25 Nov 08, 21:53:39
To be specific they aren't Industrial or Rock. They are Industrial Rock, and actually helped that genre seep into the mainstream for sometime in the 90's. What a failure.

Judging NIN as an Industrial group, I say they fail. Judging them as a ROCK group, not half bad!

I am curious do the Einsteins who post such nonsense on this page did they get their musical educations by listening to Remixes of the Chipmunks, headbanging so much they damaged their last remaining brain cell.

I'm terribly sorry, mister. I'll try my bestest to make my posts of equal value to yours from now on. It'll be difficult to match your extraordinary level of intelligence but i'm sure that with some hard work i'll be able to do it, eventually.

Oh Burn!!!! Ouch, that hurt!!! NOT. Hey dickwad, I never said it "WAS" 80's music, I said it "SOUNDS" like 80's music.
By: vytalelementz. on 21 Nov 08, 15:34:16
First of all, just because a song contains electronic elements and synthesizers it doesn't mean it should be classified as "80's music". It's called instrumentation and style, retard. That's like labeling a song "Mozartish" or "Beethovenish" just because it contains strings (that's violins or cellos for the musically retarded). Secondly, you clearly have an insignificant existence if you take joy in getting a rise from people criticizing something you clearly are ignorant about. Douche!

By: ix3bumblebeetuna. on 20 Nov 08, 23:40:28
hey's got really pretty eyes, even though he's kinda old right now...for a rock star
By: Tandokude. on 20 Nov 08, 18:06:34
Knowing that you actually spend time being a net troll is all I really need to know to be able to make that assumption.
By: salebowwow. on 20 Nov 08, 16:04:07
LOL, I love how someone tries to say something about someone as fact, when they don't even know them.
By: Tandokude. on 19 Nov 08, 09:57:24
I guess everyone needs something that makes them feel better about their lacking social life.
By: wwjd4someslayer. on 18 Nov 08, 23:08:49
why does it sound like it 80's music? because he has a synthesizer? the "oh wah ah oh" i can see that but other than that in this song i dont get your logic besides one of his albums was written in the eighties so i would imagine those songs do sound like 80s music. and theres a lot of artists today that arent shallow mainstream tailgating.... just the ones that are mainstream.
By: cyclotrode13x. on 18 Nov 08, 15:32:49
just so you know there was some kick ass 80's music too. it just wasn't very popular at the time..... er something
