as many guys who try to make tutorials about waving, he does it wrong. a corect armwave should be done through arms who are and stay during the move, in a fix position. but with this guy, the arms go from an streched arm to an arm leaning against the body. (or the oposite, for his right arm)

Most people have trouble with the elbow. An exercise you can use to practice it is to have your palm against a flat surface (like a wall) and practice sticking your elbow up. It has a slight rotating motion to it (as in you have to turn your shoulder a bit to get it up).
