I personally like the singing very much and the album is one of my all time faves since ages! Btw, he made it nearly the whole one (without Merlin the Magician), orchestrated with no singing this September and it was still absolutely awesome!!! It sounds incredible now to find out that we can actually discuss pure '70s prog rock, this would have never happened in the '80s.
