These helicopters are built so that you can gradually change the pitch of the rotors in flight. So, you can basically reverse the pitch of the rotors, reversing the flow of air. Neat trick.

You can get them at loads of places. A good electric one that is capable of this kind of flying is an 'Align Trex 500' Google it, and you will find loads of distributors would wide.

Not True, the Heli is just as stable upside down, as it is right way up. pitch is varied between +12 to -12 (for inverted)

Na, it's collective pitch. Instead of speeding up the blades to go higher, it changes the pitch of of the blades (while keeping the blades at the same rpm). If the angle of the blades doesn't change, it's call a fixed pitch. That basically just slows down and speeds up the rotor. Real helis (like news chopper ect.) are all collective pitch. But some cheaper rc helis are fixed pitch. If you want to get into rc helis, check out coaxial choppers. They're easy (and fun) to fly inside.
