no one contest that anette is good but she doesent fit in the band as good as Tarja did. And the contrast of the metal music with the classical voice was the fact that made me listen to Nightwish in the first place. I dont actually care if it's Tarja or anyone else but in my opinion they should at least got an other classigal singer when they replaced Tarja.

I didn't say that you specifically say that she can't sing... People keep saying it all the time. (The "you" is just a word pattern, can relate to anyone speaking). And besides, I pretty much said earlier the exactly thing your saying now, that her style is different (I didn't specify what it was though, don't really see it as pop) and that the new songs are being made to suit her while some of the older ones are Tarja-only.

The simple reason is that her vocals dont't combine with the band. I didnt't write that she couldn't sing. Why do you put words that I havent write?? Her style singing is pop, is what I think. They should change the band name. Tarja brought identidy for the band and all members follow its style. Of course with this new vocal the band have to change all the arrangements and Tarja wont sounds well now.

Dude you obviously don't get it... I'm not saying here that I'm right or wrong... I'm just saying that if you say something sucks or doesn't suck you should have proper reasoning behind it. If you said "I can't stand Annette because I don't like her vocal style" would be a perfectly valid reason. But to say that she can't sing shows only that the person saying it has no idea of vocals or music. I still have to see one proper reason for hating Annette from you or anyone else who says she sucks.

It was an angered comment regarding the obvious reasonless bashing and the continuing rant "Annette sux" without giving any elaboration at all. Whenever I ask someone why she sucks I get the answer "Because she isn't Tarja." which pisses me off, and I got a good reason for that. I will respect any opinion which has a valid reasoning behind it. And anyone who calls themselves Nightwish fans and hate it now because of Annette aren't Nightwish fans, but Tarja fans.

I don't understand people who keep saying that Nightwish sucks because of Annette now. Nightwish wasn't Tarja, get that trough your skulls.
