Where did you take that from? The tribes from France, Germany, Denmark and Italy were germans, Celts have nothing to do with these tribes, celtic language is not germanic, they are completely different. and tribes that invaded England were Saxons and celts raged war against them. they were almost annihilated during this war ... this is the sad history of celts. they are ancestores of contemporary Scots

Actually, the "Celtic Empire" as some can call it, though it was never unified, ranged over the entire British Isles, France, each to Denmark, south through Germany and almost into the modern Italy. All of the "Gothic" people were Celtic.

theres goidelic, brythonic and ivernian celts in the british isles, classicaly, and the modern welsh are mainly brythonic, that also applies to the scots and irish i think, goidelic continues in language rather than race, but the celt[liek the frank or saxon] are named after weapons they used, celtae is a spear,the celtae are also a tribe found in northern italy, one of the first encountered by the romans... so i guess they just applied it to whomsoever they met that where the same...
