man, im a local rapper here at philippines.. and my ipod stuck cause after i use it i just remove the usb.. so my screen stuck with a note of "DO NOT DISCONNECT" but thanks to you men.. that shit scared a more shit out of me!! peace..

No, it just goes into sleep mode. But if its not in use for a while, then it shuts off completely.
